We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The cost of returning or exchanging the item is borne by the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Link

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@miniconchababyclothing.com. Once our warehouse has processed your order, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.

Our orders are processed by Batch and take around 48 hours for addresses in mainland Portugal. For autonomous regions, they can take 5 to 9 working days. For Spain, 1 to 2 working days and for the rest of the European Union, up to 12 working days.
